About the Role
- Source and procure materials and services from approved suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to achieve best value for Novae.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, using cycle counting and other methods to maintain high accuracy levels.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- APICS certification is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
