Duties:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
- Assist with human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processing
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Plan and organize company events and meetings
Experience:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in team management and supervision
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Familiarity with training development and event planning
