Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in operating and maintaining Siemens IMMULITE 2000 and Beckman Coulter Access 2 instruments, along with ELISA equipment operations. Must have at least 1 year experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our laboratory operations, contributing to accurate patient diagnoses and high-quality healthcare.

Qualifications :

Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience operating Siemens IMMULITE 200 and Beckman Coulter Access 2 instruments.
Experience with ELISA equipment operation and related assays.
Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and quality control measures.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and specimen handling.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work as required.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure accurate handling, labeling, and processing of specimens.

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Adhere to quality control and quality assurance procedures to maintain accuracy and reliability of test results.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.

Document all procedures, results, and observations accurately in accordance with laboratory protocols.

Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure efficient workflow and timely reporting of results.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in medical laboratory technology.

Perform PCR, DNA isolation, RNA extraction, and other molecular biology techniques

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology)

Previous experience working in a clinical laboratory setting

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in Laboratory at least 1 year

Pay : From $23.00 per hour
