Certification Details
BLS - Basic Life Support
AART - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Shift : M-F 1430-2300 Will accept 13 week contracts.
Call Requirement : 4-5 times per month.
Patient Diagnoses : Completing x-rays on ER, OP, & IP either within the department or with a portable machine. Completing OR cases, mainly ortho cases. Completing Fluoroscopy exams which consist of UGI, Barium Swallows, arthrograms, myelograms to name a few.
Job Requirements
Required Certifications : BLS, AART
State License Requirements : Valid state licensure required.
Schedule Information
Shift : M-F 1430-2300 Will accept 13 week contracts.
Call Requirement : 4-5 times per month.
Unit Specific Information
Work Settings Required : Outpatient, Inpatient, OR, ER, Community Hospital, Adult ICU
Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day.
Additional Details
AHA or American Red Cross Only. AHA-RQI and AHA instructor cards are acceptable.
