- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Experience:
- 2 years of customer service experience, required.
- 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting, preferred.
- Additional Skills Required:
- Critical thinking skills.
- Effective communicate skills and patience with people of diverse backgrounds and all levels of authority.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be flexible and able to respond to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Must be detailed oriented and demonstrate problem solving skills.
