- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; required. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, ATD Master Trainer, PCC), preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in leadership and organizational development, with a proven track record of strong facilitation skills and successful consulting engagements.
- Additional Skills Required:
- Expertise in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze organizational data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with various learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with senior leaders and diverse teams.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
