- Education: BSN Required; Master's Degree in business or healthcare related field Preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience: Minimum five years supervisory experience in a heath care environment, required. Previous staffing experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
- Additional Skills (required): Detail oriented, self-directed, effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, good intra and interdepartmental relationships. Creative thinker. Working knowledge of Time and Staffing/API. Ability to influence people, along with people skills to achieve outcomes that result in a win-win for the patients as well as the departments.
- Additional Skills (preferred): Board Certified in area of practice.
