- 7 PM - 7 AM, 7 days on / 7 days off (1.0 FTE)
Novant Health Coastal Carolina Hospital and Hilton Head Hospital are seeking an experienced Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality inpatient care. This role follows a 7-on/7-off nocturnist schedule, ensuring continuous, team-based hospitalist coverage.

- Manage the inpatient care of hospitalized patients during nocturnist shifts.
- Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Perform patient assessments, order/interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) degree from an accredited program.
- Experience in inpatient/hospital medicine preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Commitment to team-based, high-quality patient care.
