- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. BSN, preferred.
- Experience: 2 years, required. Previous leadership and bed utilization experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN license, required.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills to find solutions to difficult human, technical, clinical or administrative problems.
- Excellent problem analysis skills to develop solutions.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage/coordinate effectively the work of non-subordinates.
