Registered Nurse position at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center
Caring for patients across the inpatient spectrum from medical surgical, cardiac, progressive care / step down, and stroke.
Minimum 3 years of experience required.
Traveler experience : unit does NOT accept first-time travelers.
Job Requirements
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required
BLS - Basic Life Support required
NIH Stroke Certification required
Minimum 3 years of experience required
Traveler experience : unit does NOT accept first-time travelers.
Schedule Information
Nights, 36 hours only
Every other weekend required
Float requirement : Yes, candidates will float to various units as needed.
Unit Specific Information
Unit orientation : 24 hours
Scrubs : Navy
Additional Details
RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite.
Candidates will float all medical / surgical floors, PCUs, cardiac floors, rehab, BHH, PACU, and inpatient holding space for ED.
Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty, or disaster.
