  • Job Title : Registered Nurse

  • Hospital System : Novant Health Crisis Response
  • Minimum Years of Experience : 3 years
  • Traveler Experience : Required, Unit will not accept 1st Time Travelers
  • Skills : 1 year Med / Surg
  • Ratios : 1 : 6 flex based on needs in organization
  • Shift : 12hr NIGHTS, 36 hours ONLY
  • Float Requirement : Yes, traveler will work with the CNRO (Centralized Resource Nursing Pool)
  • Weekend Requirement : every other weekend
  • Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster.

  • Required Skills : BLS
  • Preferred Skills : ACLS, Telemetry
  • State License Requirements : Valid North Carolina RN License

    • Schedule Information

  • RTO after booking is not allowed
  • RTO : 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offer
  • No RTO from April 6-19th
  • Staff are notified 2 hours before the start of the shift
  • Unit Orientation : 24 hours (2 shifts)

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Floating between several medical, surgical, and telemetry units
  • Assisting in caring for patients held in our ED who are inpatient

    • Additional Details

  • Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty
  • Contract length : 13 weeks
