Participates in department performance improvement activities.
This individual is responsible for the overall management of the daily operations of an Au Bon Pain cafe ensuring excellence in quality of cafe operations, beyond the ordinary guest satisfaction and financial success.

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- Experience: Two-four years of supervisory food service experience, preferably in a health care setting.
