PRN Family Medicine Physician

Job Summary

Novant Health is seeking a, experienced, PRN Family Medicine Physician to join our float pool team covering the Charlotte Market, which includes Mecklenburg and surrounding counties. You will work with different teams in different clinics to ensure patients have access to care when there are providers shortages. Work as few as six days per month.

Candidate Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
  
  

Responsibilities & Duties

• No patient panel to manage
• 8a to 5p with a longer 20/40-minute template
• Ambulatory primary care in clinics impacted by FMLA, position vacancies, or illness
• All visit types seen and health metrics addressed - you are the PCP for the day
• Minimum of 6 shifts per month to have mandatory licensure reimbursement
• Travel to a variety of clinics with mileage reimbursed
