  • Job Summary : Registered Nurse position at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina.
  • Minimum Years of Experience : 2 Years
  • Traveler Experience : Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st time travelers
  • Target Ratios : 1 : 7
  • Shift : 12 HR NIGHTS; 18 : 45 - 07 : 15
  • Unit Will Accept 13 Weeks!
  • Weekend Requirement : Every Other Weekend
  • Call Requirement : NONE
  • Float Requirement : NONE
  • PATIENT DIAGNOSES : schizophrenia, schizoaffective, bipolar, major depression
  • Unit Orientation : 24 hours
  • Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day.

    • Job Requirements

  • Certifications : BCLS and MOAB (Facility will offer)
  • State License Requirements : Must have valid North Carolina RN license

    • Schedule Information

  • 36 hours can be offered
  • Scheduling Type : Schedule per needs
  • RTO : 7 days MAX for Aya Auto Offer

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Unit Systems : Pyxis, EPIC and SBAR

    • Additional Details

  • AHA or American Red Cross Only. AHA-RQI and AHA instructor cards are acceptable.
  • MOAB is required for all ER and BH nurses. Must be completed onsite within the first 30 days of starting (given class availability).
