- Maintain the sign-in sheet and ensure the front office appears professional and welcoming.
- Enter charges into the system and collect co-payments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians to provide seamless care coordination.
**Requirements:**
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Customer service experience
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Computer skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
- Ability to work at multiple centers as needed
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience working in a patient services representative position
