What Are We Looking For?
UCI is currently seeking a Regional Buisness Developer to join our team. The Regional Business Developer works on developing new account sales and renews existing accounts for Doctors Care and Progressive Physical Therapy or any new lines of business services as assigned. Works with Director of Business Development and Corporate Health and Wellness Coordinator to execute strategy for new business in assigned territory/relationship network, researches/prepares presentations and sales materials as needed.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Maintains and sets up employer customer accounts and serves as point of contact to service the accounts.
- Develops new account sales. Works with Director of Business Development to execute sales and marketing strategy for new business in assigned territory relationship/network.
- Researches client background and evaluates data to prepare presentations and present proposal packages for new clients.
- Maintains renewal of existing accounts. Maintains strong relationships with clients and agents.
- Addresses customer complaints and concerns from existing clients and determines best course for solution. Acts as liaison between center management and the client.
- Responds to, and follows up on inquiries.
- Represents Doctors Care and Progressive Physical Therapy at various community and/or business meetings to promote existing and new business opportunities.
- Gathers, analyzes and interprets data from client and internal system to prepare marketing and sales packages.
- Seeks out new referral sources for Progressive Physical Therapy.
- Services current Progressive Physical Therapy referral sources.
- Works closely with Corporate Health and Wellness Coordinator to recruit and deliver onsite wellness services.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Do You Have What It Takes?
A good candidate will bring with them:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing or related field
- 2 years of B2B sales and/or marketing experience preferably within the healthcare environment
- Proficient on conducting needs analysis
- Demonstrated experience with CRM software
- Valid SC driver’s license
- Solid organizational skills; including the ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple tasks
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
An ideal candidate would also have:
