">We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Senior Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and safety by conducting inspections and tests, identifying defects, and recommending improvements.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Conducting various inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of inspection findings and outcomes
- Providing training and guidance to other inspectors and production staff on quality control procedures
- Supporting the development and implementation of quality control procedures
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Demonstrated quality control and inspection expertise through relevant work experience
- Ability to use various measurement tools and equipment, including CMMs using metrology software like PC-DMIS
- Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling and using inspection tools and equipment
- Visual Acuity: Sharp vision to detect defects and perform detailed inspections
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during inspections
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop to inspect products and equipment
- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required, approximately 10-20% of the time
