As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales. You'll build relationships and close deals with potential and existing customers. Conducting outreach to prospective customers through one or more communication channels.

Building and maintaining good relationships with customers through proactive communication and excellent service.

Identifying and pursuing revenue growth, upsell or cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.

Meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Revenue growth

Customer acquisition and retention

Customer satisfaction Skill - Have an understanding of sales techniques, including cold calling and lead generation, along with technical aptitude.

Skill - Be highly motivated and results-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Skill - Be able to effectively communicate with customers over the phone and via email.

Competency - Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Skill - Be proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. Written Communications - Is able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles; can get messages across that have the desired effect.

Drives and Delivers Impact - Delivers Results: Does what it takes in order to consistently meet expectations. Action-Oriented: Approaches work with a sense of urgency and drive. Prioritize: Identifies the vital few and focuses resources and energy on the most impactful tasks. Executional Rigor: Uses metrics to measure progress and inform decision-making.
