Summary
As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure products and services meet customer expectations. You'll identify quality issues, enhance control processes, and drive continuous improvement. Your goal will be to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing quality costs by delivering high-quality products.
Primary Responsibilities
- Programming of Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to support quality control processes.
- Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures.
- Conducting product and process audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to product quality.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Providing training and guidance to production teams on quality control processes.
