Position Overview: As a Sales Representative at Novapiel Med Spa, your role will focus on converting leads into clients by effectively collecting and organizing information, promoting services, and processing deposits for scheduled treatments. You will be responsible for guiding potential clients through the decision-making process and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Collection & Organization:
- Collect and organize leads through various channels, including phone calls, online inquiries, and walk-ins.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead information in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure they are informed and interested in booking treatments.
- Lead Conversion:
- Engage with leads to convert them into clients by promoting services and explaining the benefits of treatments and memberships.
- Conduct consultations, answer client questions, and provide detailed information on services to encourage bookings.
- Drive sales and meet conversion goals for membership programs, treatments, and products.
- Deposit Handling:
- Take deposits for treatments and services, ensuring accurate processing and documentation.
- Provide clients with clear information about deposits, payments, and any package deals available.
- Manage and track all payments, ensuring that they are properly recorded and processed in the system.
- Client Relations:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with leads and clients to ensure repeat business.
- Address client concerns and provide timely responses to inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all touchpoints and ensure clients feel valued and supported.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the patient coordinator and medical staff to ensure that all client needs are met.
- Contribute to a positive and motivated sales environment that encourages teamwork and results.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the beauty/wellness industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage clients and convert leads effectively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service skills.
