We are seeking to hire an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our firm. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relations at the firm. You will provide strategic guidance and direction to the executive team and ensure that HR policies, practices, and programs are aligned with the company's mission, values, and goals. Position duties:
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure that the firm is in total compliance with all labor laws.
- Develop initiatives, policies, and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization.
- Coordinate & monitor the performance evaluation process for hourly employees.
Hiring Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Management required.
3 - 5 years of experience working in a human resources department.
Compensation:
This position is in office, five days a week at our Troy, MI headquarters.
Full-time salaried position.
Pay based on experience ($70,000 ).
