Job Description
This is a 3rd shift position working from 11pm to 7am, Monday through Friday.
As an Industrial Molding Operations Specialist with the Novares Group, you will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting plastic injection molding machines. You will perform and direct mold and material changing processes, ensuring that mold setup, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare tooling for quick changeovers while adhering to established standards.
- Ensure production changeovers are carried out in accordance with the Technical File and minimize downtime.
- Launch manufacturing operations by minimizing start-up rejections.
- Monitor processes and products, intervening when anomalies occur to restore quality standards.
- Guarantee and optimize the proper functioning of machines in compliance with operational procedures (quality, reliability, cost, deadline, safety, environment).
