Job Description
">The Senior Manager of Supply Chain and Logistics will be responsible for optimizing automotive supply chain operations, coaching SAP users, managing managers, and implementing LEAN manufacturing principles.
">- This role involves ensuring on-time delivery, production attainment, backlog management, exception shipments, and efficient cash flow generation.
- The Senior Manager will oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time delivery, production attainment, backlog management, exception shipments, and Days on Hand of Inventory (DOHC).
Key Responsibilities
">- Supply Chain Management:
- Define and deploy supply chain policies aligned with Tier 1 automotive standards.
- Optimize logistic costs through analysis and strategic planning, leveraging SAP functionalities.
- Manage logistics managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a cohesive working environment.
Candidate Profile
">- Automotive Logistics Experience
- Manage multiple sites
- Good understanding of SAP (MM, SD, & PP Modules)
- Customer interaction experience
- Good interpersonal skills
