Requirements:
- 10 years in Dietary Supplement / cGMP manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or related.
- Ideally has solid dose / soft-gel experience
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate employees at all levels
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong expertise in managing P&L and driving financial performance
