Novaris Search is currently partnered with a rapidly growing Home Care company who is looking for a Director of Patient Services to join their team and lead patient services for the company.
Our client is actively seeking an experienced candidate, with a strong background in home health care, an active RN license, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. This role involves overseeing patient services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering an environment of exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the delivery of patient services across all home health operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures aimed at enhancing the quality of care for patients receiving home health services.
- Lead and support interdisciplinary teams, coordinating care plans that meet the individual needs of patients and their families.
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes through regular assessments and feedback processes.
- Manage staffing requirements, including recruiting, training, and evaluating clinical staff to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Work Closely with physicians, caregivers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and continuity of care
