As the District Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day sales operations across 6 communities. You will be responsible for driving sales growth across the portfolio, offering guidance and support to the sales teams and collaborating closely with operations and clinical to ensure portfolio success.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales and growth across 6 AL/IL and MC communities across Illinois, Indiana and Missouri
- Drive sales and relationships to meet and exceed sales goals
- Train and develop community staff
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and clinical to maintain growth whilst sustaining high levels of care
Requirements:
- Proven track record of developing portfolios in the senior care space
- 3/5 years sales experience
- Multi-site experience
- Ability to inspire and build teams
