Novaris is thrilled to partner with a rapidly expanding hospice provider on the lookout for a dynamic Executive Director to join their team in Atlanta, GA.
With bold expansion plans slated for 2025, our client is eager to find an experienced leader with a successful track record of managing multiple locations within the hospice industry.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for 3 locations in Georgia
- Works in conjunction with the Regional Director of Operations to establish revenue and budget goals
- Guide operations whilst driving revenue and patient census growth
- Use data analysis to identify trends and challenges to develop solutions in order to maintain or increase patient satisfaction
