Novaris Search have recently partnered with a industry leading VetMed organisation who are seeking a Hospital Administrator for one of their 24/7 Specialty/ER facility in North Florida.
The HA will oversee the business activities of the hospital, including hiring and training hospital staff, working with finance to prepare and manage budgets
Requirements:
- 3 years experience (or more) managing a veterinary practice
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Has a commitment to outstanding client service
- Able to promote a positive cooperative work environment
- Preferred: Previous experience managing a 24/7 ER/Specialty facility
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business or related field
