Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of 6 ophthalmology offices and 17 providers across Texas. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in healthcare operations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to ensure efficient practice management while delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Leadership :
- Oversee daily operations across six offices, ensuring consistency in processes and quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow, increase efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Manage provider schedules to ensure optimal utilization and timely patient care.
