About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage digitally enabled products and services within a designated product area.
- Integrate third-party partners with an open ecosystem that helps patients start and stay on their prescribed specialty medications.
- Use analytics, testing, research and competitive analysis to contribute to the building of product roadmap, design user-centered products and measure product success.
- Approach product management with a spirit of frequent, agile iterations that deliver more value continuously.
- Collaborate and support managing cross functional relationships including legal partners, UX/UI designers, behavioral scientists, system architects, and brand teams.
- Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred
- 8 years of product management experience
- Working effectively with third-party partners to define and implement product integrations
- Effective management and execution skills, including change management on projects/programs
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, work in a fast-paced team environment, and handle multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions and implement recommendations for resolution; taking a problem-solving approach when faced with challenging or difficult situations
- Experienced in establishing and cultivating relationships; able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and partners across the organization, while using diverse and varied approaches to persuade, negotiate and influence operational decisions
- Product management experience within the healthcare industry serving healthcare professionals and digitally enabled products and services they use, such as electronic health records, data management, data analytics, reimbursement, or patient engagement solutions. Knowledge of healthcare data interchange standards such as FHIR, and ICD10.
- Managing products that combine digital and human experiences into something that delights healthcare professionals preferred
- Understanding of when to use real-time vs. batch integrations

Salary : $132,300 - $245,700
