About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Strategy Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support product and program strategy for Hematology and work closely with the Director of NPS Program Strategy and Management for Hematology to identify and escalate operational issues requiring resolution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting product and program strategy for Hematology.
- Liaising with NPS Centers of Excellence, including Vendor Management, Patient Support Center, Product Team, and Field Operations.
- Identifying and escalating operational issues requiring resolution.
You will also collaborate closely with the Director of NPS Program Strategy and Management for Hematology on program evolution through the product life cycle.
