This temporary role will support US reputation and corporate storytelling to drive our business priorities and grow our leadership position in the US.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Execution of above-brand content creation for the US corporate website and social media channels.
• Manage and oversee video production for the website and social media channels.
• Advise internal and agency teams on videos they create based on best practices in video production for website and social media channels.
• Able to write compelling content for long-form stories/video scripts on the US website and US social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
• Ability to select, edit and resize photos for stories and content that comply with the Novartis brand.
• Keep pulse on corporate storytelling trends and industry foresight on direction to own stories and places to be.
• Monitor and evaluate performance to achieve and maintain best-in-class outcomes, while being fully compliant.
• Help manage processes in a new department, including onboarding new contributors and managing payment process.
Role Requirements
•BA/BS required, advanced degree a plus
• 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications, corporate storytelling, or related discipline, with healthcare and/or pharmaceutical background or translatable consumer background
• Strong creative content creator and writer ; storytelling and video production background
• Implementation of integrated communications plans and content
• Editorial oversight and project management
• Social media strategy and content development
• Influencing at a high senior level and navigating complexity
• External and internal experience, including media relations understanding of social media strategy
• Business acumen and understanding of US healthcare industry landscape
• Collaborative enterprise mindset with comfort in working in a matrix environment; ability to multi-task and manage complex issues into simple effective solutions
• Understanding of US healthcare industry landscape
Location: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days/wk)
Pay Rate: $53.55 - $71.48 based on experience and qualifications (W2 Only)
Contract: 6 months
