Job Summary
This position is responsible for the daily (monthly, quarterly) billing activities to ensure that all billing tasks are completed according to prescribed deadlines.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for the daily (monthly, quarterly) billing activities to ensure that all billing tasks are completed according to prescribed deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare and send customer invoices and statements.
- Review, log and track all service changes orders and corrective maintenance responses.
- Follow up on unbilled costs and pending service change orders to facilitate timely billing.
- Assist the AR Analyst in researching and responding to customer’s questions or disputes regarding outstanding invoices where the Billing Team is the responsible party.
- Act as liaison between finance department and account management or field operations to resolve customer issues and make continued process improvements.
- Coordinate with accounting team on sales tax and related billing topics.
- Assist AR Analyst in resolving unapplied cash receipts.
- Assist with finalizing monthly reports and invoice logs.
- Work with manager on customer assignments and special projects within the team.
- Support data integrity and completeness in ERP system for all critical customer and contract information, including billing & revenue schedules.
- Make recommendations for process improvements when appropriate.
- Proactively communicate and build relationships with customers; deliver an exceptional customer experience within each interaction.
- Assist with SalesForce and NetSuite Implementation and testing.
- Support finance group vision and actively facilitate our department standards, rules of engagement and service level commitment.
