SUMMARY OF ROLE
NovaSource Power Services (“NovaSource” or the “Company”) is seeking a NERC Subject Matter Expert & Specialist to build and enhance NovaSource’s NERC scope of services, engage with the Company’s multiple departments and provide the NovaSource’s customers world-class NERC services in the process. This position reports to the Sr. Vice President, Global EHS & Quality. The position will be based in the Company’s headquarters in Chandler, AZ or in the Company’s Houston, TX office location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned) :
- Work closely with the Sr. Vice President, Global EHS & Quality and the onboarding team to oversee and build out NovaSource’s NERC compliance customer offerings and provide strategic advice to and collaborate with multiple departments, such as business development and performance optimization teams, in order to :
Improve the Company’s NERC compliance customer offerings as part of the Company’s scope of services under its customer-facing service agreements;
Establishing and conducting effective company-wide NERC training programs to promote NERC compliance awareness;
