Ideal candidate will join an establishedteam in assisting clients with a diverse range of employment and labor disputes. Help with revising and drafting employment policies and handbooks. Work on discrimination / harassment matters and wage and hour compliance and litigation, and appear before the California Department of Industrial Relations / Labor Commissioner, the NLRB, Federal OSHA, and Cal / OSHA.
Must have at least 5 years of relevant Litigation experience and be licensed in CA.
