REMOTE POSITION: Regional Sales Manager overseeing the North Central territory of Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Wyoming. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans to acquire new business for assigned solutions and services to meet and exceed annual sales goals and grow market share. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at assigned accounts to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-driven, accountable, and reside in the North Central region preferably Wisconsin or Minnesota.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Owns the account strategy within the assigned accounts and communicates to the internal NovaTech teams on an account-by-account basis when appropriate.
- Establishes, executive-level relationships with the customer base and understands customer processes, drivers, and business model.
- Provides application knowledge and industry expertise and manages sales activities.
- Qualifies customer opportunities, engages the appropriate resources, and coordinates the solution design to impact the customer’s decision process, and presents solutions to the customer (value proposition).
- Maintains accurate assessment of target and opportunity funnel within the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Collaborates with corporate Contracts and Negotiations group to come to terms with customers.
- Negotiates contract terms and conditions, pricing, discounts.
- Engages the account team and the senior management, as required, to plan for and win opportunities.
- Ensures through familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately applies policies and procedures in compliance with government laws.
- Travel approximately 75%.
Qualifications and Skill
- BS in an Engineering discipline preferred or equivalent 5-10 years related experience
- 4 years substation automation sales experience inside IOU, municipal and cooperative power companies
- This position is a remote / work from home position.
