Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prior automotive accounting experience required
- Process New and Used car deals (DMV) experience also helpful.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
- Excellent mathematical skills to perform calculations accurately.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Reynolds and Reynolds or CDK is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
