Core Function
Assist the Plant Manager in overseeing operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring the plant runs efficiently and safely. You’ll drive improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve safety, compliance, and production efficiency, ensuring OSHA and company policy adherence.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning to maximize ROI.
- Drive continuous improvement and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Foster a strong team environment and hold employees accountable.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure equipment meets production demands.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in manufacturing management (preferably in steel fabrication).
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory standards.
- Experience leading multiple production lines and managing high-growth environments.
