The Job
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing detailed estimates for complex infrastructure projects
- Analyzing contract proposals and creating cost estimates using project cost software
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive bidding and post-bid negotiations
- Managing estimates for high-profile projects exceeding $100M
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in estimating, with at least 5 years in Heavy Civil projects
- Proven track record of success on large projects ($100M )
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with design/build and CMAR methods is a plus
