Responsibilities:
- Maintain and operate the plant's control and power systems safely and efficiently.
- Support and direct electrical employees to ensure they have the necessary resources and expertise.
- Develop and implement plans to improve electrical maintenance and system performance.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate electrical activities during downtime and outages to minimize disruption.
- Optimize drive control systems, PLC control systems, and other closed-loop industrial control systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or significant experience in electrical maintenance.
- Experience in directing contractors and technical personnel.
- Familiarity with CAD software.
