Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the United States, with the ability to obtain additional registrations as needed
- 5 years of experience in Metal Buildings or Structural Design, with proven experience leading teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with structural software tools and Steel Structure design is highly desirable
