Your Role:
As a Fabrication Manager, you’ll lead daily operations in our vessel and tank shop, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. You’ll work closely with teams across departments and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead & supervise fabrication teams, ensuring top performance & safety compliance.
✅ Coordinate production schedules & maintain workflow efficiency.
✅ Monitor product quality & collaborate with inspectors for compliance.
✅ Report issues & delays to upper management proactively.
✅ Train & develop employees to meet company standards.
What You Need:
✔ Strong leadership & communication skills (written & verbal).
✔ Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or related fields.
✔ Ability to identify material defects & enhance product quality.
✔ Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
