Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need a BS in Engineering with at least 10 years of Heavy Civil experience, as well as 5 years of estimating experience, preferably on NYC projects over $100M.
You should be proficient in HCSS Heavy Bid, Bluebeam, Excel, Primavera P6, and SmartBid, and possess strong communication, organizational, and risk management skills.
