The Role
As a Lead Estimator, you will :
- Review contract documents and scope of work in detail.
- Solicit subcontractor and supplier quotes and prepare HCSS comparison sheets.
- Identify project requirements, risks, and D / M / WBE compliance needs.
- Prepare and submit bids for complex infrastructure projects.
- Oversee estimation teams, manage bid timelines, and ensure accurate pricing of major items.
- Collaborate with the VP Estimating / Chief Estimator in decision-making and bid closure.
