The Role
As a Senior Estimator - Structural Steel, you will perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for Heavy Civil, Highway, and Vertical Construction projects. You will analyze project drawings, specifications, and risk factors, develop full-scope estimates for Bid-Build, Design-Build, and Progressive Design-Build projects, prepare technical proposals, and collaborate with teams on cost estimates and subcontractor/vendor pricing.
Requirements
- BS in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
- 15 years of Preconstruction/Estimating experience in Civil/Site Construction, Structural Systems, Heavy Civil, Highway, and Transit Structures
- Proficiency in estimating software (OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam, AutoCAD 3D, HCSS Heavy Bid)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
