Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 with annual profit share bonus

Core Function

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing efficient manufacturing processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the successful execution of production sequences. This role plays a critical part in reducing production costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Create detailed sequences of operations for machining components.
• Collaborate with CNC programmers and machinists to troubleshoot and optimize production.
• Ensure manufacturability of new designs and provide input on cost-effective production methods.
• Work closely with the operations team to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining operations, including mills and lathes.
• Experience with process optimization and workflow improvement.
• Ability to develop and document standardized work procedures.
• Hands-on approach with a strong problem-solving capability.
