Your Role
As a Plant Manager , you will oversee daily fabrication operations , ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in structural steel production.
Key Responsibilities
Plant Operations – Manage daily production, scheduling & resource allocation
Quality Control – Maintain high standards for steel fabrication compliance
Safety & Compliance – Enforce safety protocols & industry regulations
Team Leadership – Train & mentor staff for peak performance
Collaboration – Work with engineers & project managers to meet project goals
What You Need
- Experience in steel fabrication & plant management
