Responsibilities:
- Evaluate vendor proposals.
- Manage projects with formal planning techniques.
- Set and oversee project schedules and fabrication goals.
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
- Communicate on production, financial, quality, and safety targets.
- Negotiate change orders and maintain client relationships.
- Plan resources for optimal capacity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; 10 years of industry experience (5 in project management, commercial fabrication preferred).
- Familiarity with AISC Manual and construction codes.
- Experience with Outlook, blubeam, core tools.
- CAD, Tekla, Trimble Connect would be advantages
