Your Responsibilities
✔ Manage steel construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality completion.
✔ Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
✔ Develop & track schedules, budgets, and resources, proactively addressing deviations.
✔ Lead & coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a safe & efficient work environment.
✔ Monitor progress via site visits, inspections, and meetings, resolving challenges as needed.
✔ Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
✔ Report updates to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and areas for improvement.
