Responsibilities
- Oversee quality control to meet AISC standards, customer specs, and regulations.
- Manage and mentor QC Inspectors, providing training and evaluations.
- Administer the AISC program, ensuring compliance and audit success.
- Collaborate with production, project management, and DOT inspectors.
- Conduct prefabrication meetings, review reports, and manage welder certifications.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain professional relationships.
- Oversee tool calibration and non-destructive testing programs.
- Update and maintain the Quality Control Manual.
